All of the products we sell are covered by a warranty period which can range from one year to life-time (depending on usage and modification).

Below is a list of our brands and their general warranty period:

Achielle - 10-year warranty for manufacturer defects on the frame and fork.
Components Warranty: Parts and components are generally covered for one year against defects.

Beeline - 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects. Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered.

BikeParka - 30-day warranty for manufacturers defects. BikeParka encourages the use of tent repair kits and/or fabric tape for tears and holes. 

Bobike -  3-year warranty from the date of purchase and covers only the original purchaser. 

Busch & Muller - 2-year warranty.

VSF Fahrradmanufaktur - 10-year warranty on frames and rigid forks (both steel and aluminum). This warranty is provided against manufacturing defects, provided that maintenance intervals are adhered to and documented by a dealer.

Hebie - 10-year warranty reflecting their status as a premium brand. This specialized warranty is part of their commitment to quality for products made in Bielefeld, Germany, ensuring long-term durability of their products. 

Pelago - 5-year limited warranty on the frame and fork against manufacturer's defects.

Rabeneick - 10-year warranty for manufactures defects on frame and fork, one year on parts. Does not include wear and tear.

Racktime - 10-year warranty on all standard carriers and BASKIT EDGE plastic baskets produced in 2022 or later, covering material and manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.

SP Dynamo (Shutter Precision) - 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects under normal usage. The warranty provides repair or free replacement for defective units.

SON (Schmidt Original Nabendynamo) - 5-year warranty from the date of purchase for their hub dynamos, headlights (excluding Ladelux), and taillights, covering manufacturing, material, or functional defects. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Spanninga - 2-year warranty covering defects in materials or manufacturing.

Tubus - offers a robust, industry-leading warranty on their bicycle racks, featuring a 30-year manufacturer guarantee on breakage and material defects.

Widek + Bibia - 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects under normal usage.

Winther - 5-year warranty on frame/fork, 2 years on Shimano e-assist, and 1 year on parts.
