The Liva is a simple yet highly functional roll top pannier. A tough shoulder strap allows for easy off the bike transport. The edge protectors, two additional outer pockets, reflective strips, and a small zipped inner pocket are the finer details we look to Racktime for. Their very own Hook system makes it a cinch to attach to any diameter rack rail, locked and secure. It's an ideal blend of good design and consideration for the user.
