At a mere 299g, the SV-9 is one of the lightest weight hub generators on the market. This hub was specifically designed for use on the smaller 16" wheels of the Brompton folding bicycles. It provides the same voltage output as you would get from larger diameter wheels but with a lowered wattage. These hubs have a 74mm wide spacing, which is the proper spacing for Brompton forks.
